Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and application assistance to clients using IVD instruments and reagents.

Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for laboratory staff.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to IVD systems and applications.

Assist in product installations, validations, and performance evaluations.

Maintain strong relationships with key laboratory stakeholders and provide ongoing support.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field.

Experience in IVD, clinical diagnostics, or laboratory instrumentation is preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of laboratory techniques and diagnostic instruments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
